Frequently asked questions
My company is new (under 1 year). Can I join?
Yes, with an additional 30-day material-flow verification. The auditor checks traceability anyway — we make sure it is clean from the start.
I have 2 locations — do I pay double?
No. Certification is per legal entity, regardless of locations. We list them in the contract annex.
What if I change my main supplier?
Notify us within 30 days and we update the supplier map in the platform. No extra bureaucracy.
Who keeps the audit file?
We do, as group manager, for 5 years (required). You keep a permanent digital copy in the platform, plus the report PDF anytime.
How long from first contact to certificate?
Median from our data: under 4 weeks from contract signing. We include 3-5 days for a free initial evaluation before signing, where we honestly tell you if you are ready.
